I liked the house, it’s at a good price and it’s modern. I also liked how the filming was, in first person. Unlike having one speaking in front of the camera in most cases the camera focuses more on the realtor than on the details of the house.
Not a fan of the Pov tour. Much nicer to be presented to personally. Great House but a little bit pricey for what it is.

Really liked the POV style! It’s easier to get a good sense of direction and a better grasp of the layout. It feels closer to actually seeing it in person.
The day the architect drew the plan of that house must have been a real bad day in the office for them. It ‘s like the layout cant make up its mind. All over the place. Apart from living room area is lovely though. As for the balcony, perfect if you are a bread stick! Great video.
The feels more involving when one or the other of you is on camera. You could mix up the style with some POV,say in smaller spaces. it also gives a better sense of scale and flow to see you walking through rooms.

Matt and Summer, yes I like your style of POV tour. What a beautiful property with an Ibiza like vibe to it. I love homes that have a long driveway. The landscaping is also very well done and the mature trees are a great addition to the property. I am not so fond of the interior (it isn’t a wow for me) but I do like very much the exterior. I think the interior design staging company could have done a better job and I found their decorating quite average. Also I found the bathrooms and kitchens quite simple looking. Nothing out of the ordinary . If I would pay this amount of money for a home, I would expect more luxurious finishes and materials. But then someone who has the funds to buy this property, can always do changes to the house to their liking right ?

Nice villa, but for that money you’d expect none of the bathrooms to look like a 1990s hotel bathroom.

Please invest in camera stabilizer. The video looks cheap and low quality, especially when recording a luxurious house.
No like when both are with makes it more cosy. A bit steril

it’s hard for people with vertigo
Why not Matt in one and Summer in the next one. A presenter on screen is needed and can literally point
out the features. Male voices are easier to understand, so if you can add more bass to Summer during
the edit it would help.
