MORE VIDEOS LIKE THIS EVERY SUNDAY!**
Thanks for hangin! Today I'm sharing most of our week-long vacation with the Ali's in Montego Bay Jamaica! We got to hold-up in a multimillion-dollar, fully staffed luxury villa while tasting and experiencing authentic Jamaican culture. Below I've listed some links, recommendations AND a recipe for your next vacation!

Villa Christina (Rose Hall, Montego Bay Jamaica):

Club Mobay VIP airport service:
This service made the chaos of the airport way better with personalized escort service and that VIP lounge. It was so nice to be able to unwind in the airport with drinks and food in a comfy lounge while we waited for everyone in the group to land. Such a great way to start your vacation smoothly and on a relaxed note. I loved it! We also did this service going back home. Too good.

Activities you can research for yourself…
Martha Brae Rafting (duration: about 1.5 hours, amazing!)
Ziplining and Bobsled/rollercoasters
Chartered yacht experience at the Montego Bay Yacht Club

In my last vlog I had mentioned a delicious brunch dish we had on the trip… here is the recipe! (Thanks Iman!)

Ingredients:
6 Eggs
2 Bunches Swiss chard or Kale with ribs removed, cut into pieces ( you can even use both, just cut quantity to one and one)
2 packs or bunches of Spinach (pre washed is ok)
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 large Shallot, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Kosher Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
1/2cup Gouda, shredded
4 ounces Smoked Salmon, cut into pieces

Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, add shallots and garlic and sauté until fragrant and translucent. Add Swiss chard or kale, sauté until it starts to wilt. Add spinach, sauté for another minute and season with salt, and pepper. (because careful not to add too much salt here because the Gouda and salmon already have natural sodium) Continue to sauté for 2 more minutes.

Remove from heat and evenly toss in gouda and smoked salmon.

Place the mixture in a greased baking dish.

Make 6 small wells in the veggie mixture then Carefully, crack an egg into each well. Bake for 15 minutes (runny) 20 minutes for a more firm yolk.

Note: this can be done with a variety of veggies. Think of your favorite leafy greens and or mushrooms and tomatoes. Have fun, make it your own.

I love when Anthony joins in. He seems so calm and at ease. I know because of his job it’s hard to cross over or come down from that militant state of mind. Y’all just look so happy together.

Jere and her husband planned the hell out of this trip🙌🏾! Everyone looked so black and beautiful! Sidetone, Vaughn come through with high quality level production from camera angles, transitions, voice-over narration. Great vlog per usual, Vaughn! ✨ btw Your hubby is getting more and more comfortable with us📸 (YT family), we love to see it! #Blackjoy #blackeffect

Ququality as always. We need to get Vaughn to 300k by summer, she never disappoints on the vlogs, there’s always something to enjoy when you visit her vlogs, one of a few vloggers I don’t skip the videos I watch from start to finish

  4. Hello world

Vaughn I just absolutely love you and Anthony. He has come a long way in becoming more comfortable on camera. Vaughn you are easily one of the most beautiful and wholesome families I see on the screen. (YouTube is definitely my TV) Thank you for all you do and being such an inspiration to us all!!

“WELL DONE, REAL HOUSEWIVES “!!!! I went on vacation just watching the video! Very nice and entertaining, relaxing and stress free, NO DRAMA! This was well organized. I will be searching now for a getaway to the Caribbean. I’m so very happy to see that you and Anthony really enjoyed yourselves!! Make this a priority, it’s a luxury that you both deserved! I salute Anthony just because of his career but it’s nice when someone can protect him and his family and he can RELAX.
    xoxo.

You guys look fabulous and the good vibes are still present from your trip! That villa, your friends, activities, food, cruise, party, and seeing black couples enjoying life had me smiling from beginning to end! Your friends know how to plan a trip! The thought and details!!! So glad Anthony and you were able to get away…..it’s so important in a marriage! 😊💛
