Dude YouTube algorithm seems to be broken when it comes to your channel. Because I’ve been watching your video since a couple of years but recently YouTube has stopped suggesting your videos on my feed. Its not like I have stopped watching house tours. I get suggestions from other channels but not yours. Today I remembered about you and wondered where have you been and came to your channel only to see that you’ve been getting only 50-60k views even with such good content. As someone who watches all the good house tour channels I can tell that your content is on par with them still your views are way less than theirs. You seriously need to do something about it. Maybe talk to YouTube or something because as I said, the algorithm is ignoring your channel for some mysterious reason.

Happy New Year Jason and Alex. I always know when a house is gonna be more insane than usual because you change your attire. 2 sitting areas. 2 breakfast areas. Love that dining room set. And you said the furniture was included. Love French doors to the pool. Elevator 🙌🏼. Stairs to the garage 😳. Would be nice if the elevator went down to the garage. The office space is nice. The stairs look deep, but I’ll be on the elevator. Walk down, ride up. Look at the size of that 1st guest bedroom upstairs. 2nd one large too. The primary has a bathroom before you even get into the room. That’s correct. Let hubby use that one. Oh. Just heard you say Eric. Alex not with you today. Hey Eric. Amazing en-suite. The actual primary is and en-suite is bigger than studio or 1-3 bedroom in NY. Amazing home. Thanks much and see you next video.
