Prob not as the owners have the right to list with whomever they want

The average service charge is 5% to 25% of what the grocery bill or the villa stay? For the fully staffed villa gratuity, did he say 15% or 50% of the villa stay?
The service charges and the Gratuity are different. Services charges are based on the actual services. The Gratuity is for the staff. I don’t recall what he said in the video…you should be able to rewind and watch it again
