Love the house well done with the details but I have a few reservations with the amount of space in this house the kitchen could of been bigger and the lounge also the balcony upstairs near the master bedroom is fantastic but for the fake grass and a minor defeat at the bottom of the balcony but a fabulous house good fine Evelyne

Rwanda is often referred to as African Switzerland. I think there is something to it. I wonder what it looks like outside of Kigali.
@bizhope007 I understand the idea. Many bird species migrate. For example, Canada Goose or Stork. This philosophy fits in well with vanlive. And it seems to be related to him. @Munin303 Rwanda is not hot. It is neither cold nor hot but always in the middle. Plus Europe has is wierd type of sun where it gets extremely hot, for example london summer or uk summer. It never gets that hot in rwanda and in Uganda. Countries around that region have the perfect weather. You’re only saying that you like winter because you are accustomed to it and probarbly you havent lived elsewhere with an alternative climate for long enough to appreciate it more than wheree you currently live.

I live in Canada and most Canadians I know love the change of weather but don’t neccesarily like the long winters. Many, if the can, go to places like Florida for winter months..some to other places. They even have a name for it ‘snowbirds’.
This is what i am talking about. These are the type of houses that should be built in Rwanda. Super quality and modern, and well designed and laid out. They compliment the beautiful Rwandan landscape. The houses could definitely get better than this. Good design really does raise the value of the country. Beautiful. How much are the villas? This extra room at 18:26 minutes can be used as a gallery to exhibit my own art work, drawings, and prototypes of your designs including products and architectural models. Fantastic!!! I love it.
@Chris B Not bad. All i have to do is call them. They definitely have to build more exquisite houses like this. Of course not all have to have the modern style cardboard look because that would make the place typical other than unique because uniqueness is what sells most.
