My question: How many girlfriends did you have before Janni and how difficult was it to find a “Janni” who didn´t want your money or wanted to be part of your success?
Janni’s father has way more money than Jon
Janni is definitely not a gold digger. Ofc, she was very lucky with family wealth and as a lot of rich girls ends up bulding business on Social Media, Fashion, Lifestyle etc (statistically, it’s very rare to see a girl in this kind of envirorment to grow and take the lead of the family company). She’s still young btw, the girl could eventually step in Rickard’s company (harder to be an instagrammer when you are 37-38). If that’s the goal, she should consider approaching slowly to business.
About Janni not engaging with Jon if he was poor, that’s probably true, but not because she’s a Gold Digger and take advantage of Jon’s wealth.
A man’s worth is usually defined by money, in this society. If the girl is poor / average, he search a wealthy man primarely for benfits. If the girls is from a wealthy familyy (like Janni) a man still need to be able to support the lavish lifestyle she wants to live, treat her well and be a worthy man. Rickard is a cool guy and he’s very successfull, by being this successfull he sets a standard in Janni’s mind (happens a lot, it’s not specifically her) that men must live up to. Also the approval from Rickards would derive from the boyfriend’s wealth and success: if you menage to achieve what Rickard has, it means you have a certain type of mind voted to sacrifice and hard work, you probably begin to think that other “average people” are lazy and lack motivation… then your daughter present you her boyfriend that is broke and you can’t help to have a bad first impression
Jannis sister Michaela is for years in relationship with alpine skier Jens Byggmark, whos is friend of Jon(skier 🙂 ), thats how Jon came in contact with Janni.
Posing and showing off on Instagram is for losers, anyway. There are tons of useless brats smiling in their bikinis on Instagram and that Janni is just one of them.
That is a pretty dumb point tho. It’s obviously because of too many factors to list, not just because he’s wealthy.
People become wealthy usually because they fearlessly chase their dreams and talents. The wealth is a by-product, because those who chase money or material things never get there, or get somewhere for the wrong reasons.
But your right. Jon is not your average joe… 🙂

i dont know if anyone want to life in a house like this. its just to much and not cozy. And you need alot staff to keep it all clean and to maintain it.
Am I the only one who doesn’t like this place that much? I mean, amazing house architecture, but the furniture and the hole inside architecture is just boring and not cozy.

Im probably the only one who doesnt really like this villa , to me it doesnt have character. Its just big , square and white. Has a very clinical atmosphere to me.
The architecture is lovely, very modernist, the garden is great too. But I think the owners didn’t do it justice with the furnishing and also the tiling on the pool is too overwhelming.
Swedes seem to have a genetical sympathy for this kind of style. And although I’m not a Swede, I have it too 🙂
It’s a trending style, lot of modern villas are made in this way (also Casa Camo and Rickard’s villa follow this style). I agree with you, this extremely clean and minimalistic style suits only premium flats in big modern cities. A “traditional carribean” house is hard to build, because house were probably made out of necessity and weren’t functional nor safe at all. You could still add some flare to a modern looking villa (the pool has a nice touch).
I think this is a villa meant for renting, cause if i was the owner and i was planning to use it extensively i would totally rearrange it

I would take the house aswell, but at some points I had a bit the feeling that it need some renovations, because it looks a bit “rusty”. Is it just my impression or is the house top modern?
