Isnt luxury also to have fresh fruit in the garden? Berries, strawberries, rasberries growing? Permaculture even, with food producing eco system, like a food forest with all kinds of fruit trees, berry bushes, nuts, vegetables, herbs, spices, salads, root fruits… So much flat growing space on the roof too. Or place for a large vert ramp. Stuff like that. Or Like a combination of luxury modernized earthship and permaculture living space. This property is ultra luxurious with fine details and every single element of design, furniture , lighting, landscape seem to blend in so well. For this price its worth it . My favorite so far
Drumelia, this is a art work of a video for such a great villa design. The pools are amazing especially the depth on the outdoor one. The landscaping is fantastic as well. Sometimes you have a great view but wish for more trees and plants to surround a house which this one has. It is such a striking design, when the woman is entering through the main door it just is mesmerizing the feel of that walk through it! The garage level is outstanding in the way it is done with the stunning black, I just wish the home theater would have been done the same way to add to the effect, and also that it was larger or at least half the size of that garage. And to top it off if there was a tennis court on the property. But a stunning design in every regard nonetheless and fantastic video!! Well Done to your team!!

The first thing that I would do moving is lose weight 1.5 stone so that I look like the model in the video. Second, I would learn to swim, just in case I fell into the swimming pool by accident. Third, I would pop open a bottle of champers after jumping around like a kangaroo on speed.
