worth it and the sculpture in the main room is a Manta Ray they are amazing animals …. i would say it’s worth it for the location alone almost every day it will be warm … if i had the money i would buy one

I think its definitely worth that. I know if I had that mind of money I would buy something like this in a heartbeat compared to something on land. The views are worth it alone not to mention the size, the amenities, the beautiful outside showers, the infinity pool, the huge deck, ect. Its just breathtaking!!!
I don’t know if it’s a good value for money, but the sea is stunning! Crystalline!
Dude the value’s so much , coz its not easy to build a mansion in the middle of the ocean on a lagoon. Think about how all the stuff transported, all those masterpieces of art, all the wood required, etc. Plus its not that sustainable coz u literally have to spend a lot for power generation, sewage treatment, fresh water generation systems.
The value relies on you as the consumer …. if you’re like me and you value luxury experiences because you can’t take any money with you then yes it’s a great value, if you value investments then no it’s not a good value for your money ….. if you’re like me it’s 100% worth it especially if you can share the experience with someone

This piece of property is stunning, beautiful & the scenery s absolutely magical. The place just seems to connect you with the harmony & peace of nature. The space indoors is equally substantial to the space outside & so you’ll never feel closed in or claustrophobic. What is the cost of renting one of these villas for a week or two? While It is a beautiful property I don’t think that it warrants $10,000,000.00 dollars.
