Absolutely terrible walk through. The homes interior appears to have been designed by Walmart homes. Terrible product.
All real estate in Dubai is only a shell , very poor quality and the design is terrible . A villa or an apartment that is only few years old look like being built 50 years ago
I think Walmart Homes would have done a better job. That places looks like it was thrown together randomly. They could have straightened it up and staged it. They apparently DON’T want to sell it.
That’s partly because the fools overseeing the project wanted quantity over quality. They were in a big rush to get the buildings done before a major deadline. Then the whole country suffered from the financial crisis that hit EVERYwhere.
So much money with little taste. 😭

@znasser1 You’re jumping to conclusions based off an article written in 2009. There was no algae in the video nor any other characteristic of a swamp but alright.
@Aster Noah 11 years ago and nothing was done… Now the problem is worse. I know 2 families that cannot sell because of the water and it become a “swamp” area where their waterfront is…

I would describe this as an over-priced trailer park. Sure, you’re on the water but it’s more like a pond, no waves crashing the shore, no sea gulls. This place turned out to be less than it’s promise.

That’s what happens when the government is overseeing the project and wants the job done because Prince al Maktoum wanted everything ready for presenting before a big deadline. As a result, the workers were told to rush rush rush! LOL…
