  1. out of your reach

How classically, richly he carry himself. And how patiently he explained every single thing to audience without any show off damn dude.. This house is literally dream of every middle class family.. But hopefully I will also make a house like this for me. Thank you for showing this to us 💖

You can see that a lot of time and effort have been put in by the owner in making this house. If I had to describe this house in one word it would be – CLASS !!! Good job Harpreet ji.

  3. Rana Bose

Well thought and very well planned taking into consideration every independent room and its requirements.
The exterior green effect enhances the beauty of the house to a great extent. Great job.

    Pros-
The planning of rooms are done magnificently with adequate balcony and front garden view. The most lovable part of the planning was the front view from all the main zones of the building. The movement of public and private spaces are smartly managed giving a sense of comfort to the people living inside and the outsiders as well. The absence of washroom doors was a smart move to create an illusion of a more spacious room. The ventilation and the natural sunlight in the building and the basement needs a round of applause. Talking about the interiors, you have guys have done a brilliant job.
    Cons-
    1. As we move inside the structure, the main drawing room of the building and the washroom quite hinders the privacy of the people living inside because nobody wants an outsider to peep inside with an excuse of using washroom.
    2. There should be proper sound proofing for the prayer room because you don’t wanna disturb a person praying inside with the noise of television placed right outside the prayer room in the living hall of first floor.
    3. A swimming pool was making a remarkable absence. A villa worth this much should atleast have a swimming pool.
    4. Initially You told about the internal private parking but you didn’t show it. Is there any parking area inside the structure or if it is there then why didn’t you show to us? The villa with a dreaming price tag without a private parking would be a huge blunder

      1. Privacy Glass – very cheap but for aesthetics, it probably hasn’t been added
      2. Agreed.
      3. A pool, although quite preferable, is quite costly to build and very costly to maintain. A lot of space would be used by the pool. So I don’t believe it would serve aesthetically nor economically.
      4. If you can afford the house you can buy the next-door house for parking, lol.
