to keep up the grounds up, would cost a fortune and add another fortune to made the house in to a modern home! But otherwise gorgeous! Would also like to see more of the interiour!
better to make two videos – one for the house, the other for the grounds. the house has really tired styling in furnishings and fixtures, and I can imagine every other potential buyer wanting to throw out quite a bit of that and create something that meets the 21st century, and so you should specify whether the house’s styling is protected by law.
We want to see the kitchen and bathrooms, too!

Beautiful villa! There is one tall, diseased dead cypress tree that should be removed before it infects other trees nearby. It is also a fire hazard! Keep up the good work! You did a great job narrating your video and your mastery of speaking English is superb! 😍

A super beautiful property. It is home:-)
The music is too loud to hear a trickle of water. And again, the music drowns nature and birds. The garden is lovely and it probably requires a lot of maintenance. The outside of the house needs painting and repairs. The roof needs repairs as well. If you have the money, this will probably make a nice vacation property.
