Dude, got infection in your groin?
Actually show the house instead of focusing on the overdressed broker. The broker doesnt need to be in the shot you can just turn the camera away from them and show what they are talking about. Also cut out the portions that are utter waste of time. So many cuts and jumps around the house that you cant get any idea about the flow of the house. Camera should be walking with the presentation not having jump cuts to different places. Also don’t skip rooms instead do an actual tour that walks through the whole property. This video that you posted is not a tour its a highlight reel.
Additional stuff to add are map of the local area and drone look of the surroundings not only focusing on the house, floorplan of the house in the video with the room currently talked about being highlighted and having a line that represents the route the camera has taken. More information on the utilities etc.

My best regards to the architect who seem to have brought the “zagaleta” mansion feel into a property at Nueva Andalucia, at least that’s the impression I got. An area which appeals to a much larger and versatile audience: Nueva Andalucia. A much more social, rich with amenities and nicer area and the villa seems to be very private and has that real ‘mansion’ feel to it, mainly caused by the large front facade, the incredible central infinity pool and the insane double plot (large garden), adjacent to the Las Brisas golfcourse.
