Property #1 is huuuuuge. I’ll be suprised if Katy did not prefer that one but most likely not practical for you needs. Property #5 seems to have more natural light in the rooms and open layout compared to the rest. I heard the turnover rate for sub-leased properties in Bali is good because of its vibrant tourism industry so it makes business sense to make a long term lease.
