@Sun Shisure indeed. Money buys freedom, and freedom is what makes ME happy. Obviously there’s other things that contribute to happiness, and it’s different for everyone.
@MrMobieleauto because everyone has their own way of making themselves happy, I know that the happiness level of people with high income and those who are low is definitely different. If we can be grateful and take advantage of what we have, I am sure we can be happy, because with such a mindset we will not find jealousy towards people who are richer or arrogant towards people poorer than us. Happiness is simple, it’s just that it is difficult to achieve the intention of simplicity

@Nathan Thomas Okay , no problem. i said “Happiness is simple”, same as I said before, so I mean the essence of that happiness is where when you can enjoy and be grateful for what you have right now and you also think “wow, this is the best for me”, actually things like that are simple things, right ?, but you know about the original nature of humans, that humans have a dissatisfied nature, even though they are already in the upper class (so that they sacrifice everything) and likewise when they are in the lower group they will definitely envy those in the upper class, therefore Many people think that happiness is something complicated and difficult to achieve, causing stress, jealousy, jealousy, etc. The fact is that many super rich people are also stressed (even committed suicide) even though they have money, a throne, a high position because they can’t find their own happiness
@Sun Shisure It isn’t different though. The self reported happiness levels, on average, of people with a 50k income and those with 50mil income are the same on average. It could that there are exceptions but I think to talk of averages is acceptable. If there are exceptions, I would be interested to know why money has a disproportionate impact on their happiness compared to other people because the studies show it is not the money itself that makes them happier.
