#tata #ratantata In this video I show you the first luxury home built by Jamsetji Tata and his father Nusserwanji Tata in Mumbai. I begin at Flora Fountain near Hutatma Chowk and slowly proceed towards their home. On the way I give you information about the Standard Chartered bank too which is one the oldest banks in India, earlier it was known as the Chartered Bank of China, India & Australia. The house was one of the first in Mumbai to have electricity and an elevator inside. It also had all the luxury elements in it such as ancient statues, expensive paintings by world famous artists, marble staircases, high ceiling adorned with designs and decorations from Italy, Spain, England and many other European countries which Jamsetji Tata had visited in his lifetime while taking the business of the Tata Empire globally. In my previous video I showed you the location of the first business of the the Tata's. It was the original place where the Tata Group of Companies of the future began from. I describe their journey in this video series. I will explain to you how the Tata Group managed to SAIL through the tide and time of world history into the record books by becoming the most valued company on Earth at one point of time. Companies like Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries no doubt have had the fastest growing market cap in the last decade but the reality is that the Tata Group is far beyond any competition as most of its stake or holding lies in its trusts or foundations which are ultimately used for the betterment of human civilization and environmental issues too by contributing generously time and again for helping the poor with financial aid, education, healthcare, clean drinking water initiatives, animal welfare, food, etc. In the upcoming videos I will tell you about the lifestyle, income, house, cars, wife, son and hopefully the net worth of all the Tata's, including Ratan Tata, the great grandson of Jamsetji Tata. What separates Tata from all those corporates is that the organisation genuinely cares about India and its people and will never resort to any sort of unfair means to come first in the race even though no one would dare to raise a finger. However such are the values and ideals of this prestigious institution which today has a market capitalisation of over $110 Billion as of 2021, employs more than 750,000 people globally and is still going strong with businesses in sectors such as airlines, automotive, chemicals, finance, defence, aerospace, retail, steel, public utility, FMCG, home appliances, IT services, e-commerce, telecom, real estate and hospitality industry across more than 150 countries and 6 continents.
