price is quite high. tiles have been used on flooring, which, looks good but slippery. marble should hv been a good choice.

I didn’t find any washroom for common area.
As all 4 washrooms are in bedroom attached so there should be at least one or one per floor extra washroom.
My favourite is your good Parking area.
Common hall is missing on 1st floor.
Space can be much smartly managed.

Can you explain the cost of land on which this house is built. In 1.40 crore.
What really surprises me is the benchmark for good design is set so low in India, and clients pay crores of money for something done so mindlessly. Its just different shades of wood and cheap wallpapers without ant theme or colour scheme to any space. And filling a house with unnecessary false ceilings in impractical spaces is not Luxury. Please hire some professional since they know better and you your client might be able to get his money’s worth.
P.S. You don’t give false ceiling ‘ with amazing wooden work’ in kitchens , since they accumulate grease and dust from our indian spicy cooking !!!.
