I like luxury but in a hotel, you then have that sense of wonder because it’s temporary , maybe if you had it as a house, It wouldn’t have that surprised or amazement impact, sort of like you would get used to it which is sad. Although I like space, anything spacious even an old farm in the middle of nowhere as long as I can see the sun rise and set, hear the rain, feel the wind, the ocean , the forest and go outside in a garden. But without space or in a city I can’t.

I DO partially agree with you regarding the properties themselves, BUT if you’ve ever been to the area you’ll quickly see why Bel Air is such a desirable place to live. Aside of having 100’s of restaurants and stores about 1-2 miles away, the views are hard to beat, as well…Plus, the beach is fairly close by, as well. Bel Air is basically PARADISE.
