I imagine the Interior design firm used, probably does a lot of “Boutique” hotels that someone in the development team stayed in often. A lot of these types of properties use this corporate design philosophy.

Dayvan Cowboy Not exactly, remember most people got in on these real cheap early on. It was high risk because Dubai went bankrupt and nobody imagined this project being completed. There was a British couple who took out a $200,000 loan for their home in the palm and now it’s worth a couple million. Lesson is, you don’t have to be rich to own a million dollar home, just risk your retirement savings on your dreams and they are sure to come true

People willing to spend any amount of money on a place in Dubai are bound to have a tacky taste. So there is no surprise in this place being utterly tasteless and not nearly worth 60 million. The developer can consider himself lucky if it sells for 25.

    People are missing the point.
The person who will buy this house will not live in this house. Because he/she will be staying at one of their many other mansions around the world. Typically, a billionaire will have a house near their place of business, then multiple houses around the world used for vacations and parties. This is a perfect example of a party house

Natalia Almousawi so why don’t you become a billionaire and go feed all those homeless people you’re talking about. Instead of focussing on the problem, why not just focus on the solution and what you can do to help…

100% but the issue is, the proprety doesnt have much land with it, for $60 million, and the neighbours are so close at the back, when we see the aerial view, had there been more land at the rear, then yes

@TrangleC I agree. If I were a billionaire I would rather buy my own island and build a mansion there. I’d prefer a tropical area either in south east asia or in oceania than a highly commercial and crowded place like that lol.
